Shipping & Delivery
Solida Holz delivers within Germany and to many other countries. Please refer to the list below for an overview of the countries.
Due to their dimensions and/or weight, most items must be shipped by freight forwarder. These include beer tent sets, transport trolleys and boxes, some bar tables, as well as beer garden and banquet furniture. The respective shipping method is displayed directly with the item. Under the delivery time, you will find a symbol next to which the shipping class is defined, indicating whether the item will be shipped by freight forwarder or parcel service.
We have decided to forego complicated shipping calculations based on postcodes and weight and have opted for a flat shipping rate for the respective shipping methods.

Shipping Costs to Other European Countries
We ship to all European countries.
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway
For shipments to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, additional value-added tax, customs duties, or other charges—such as customs clearance fees—may apply upon import. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer to third parties upon import.

Our Shipping Services and Terms
We typically work with two shipping providers: DPD (parcel shipping) and Kühne + Nagel (freight shipping). In exceptional cases, we may ship the goods through another company.
In most cases, a tracking number will be provided. You’ll receive this via email, allowing you to keep track of your delivery at all times.
Deliveries via freight forwarders are made to the curb. You should ensure in advance that the delivery driver has sufficient space to unload the shipment.

The exact delivery times are listed on the product page. For deliveries within Germany, please allow approximately 2–4 business days. For deliveries outside of Germany, please expect a longer delivery time.
