Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order in our online store. However, a customer account offers the advantage of allowing you to keep track of your order history and order status at all time. 

How do I get a custom quote? 

Simply send us an email at b2b@solida-holz.de or call us at 0641 98 44 370. Just specify the product, quantity, and your contact information, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a custom quote. 

What does it mean when a product is listed as “available upon request”?

In most cases, these are products that are temporarily out of stock or have variable delivery times. Simply click the “Custom Product Inquiry” button, and a form will open. Using this form, you can request the product and share your preferences with us. We’ll then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
